Miui is very popular & most Lovely Os because Xiaomi gives Miui updates 5 times & one time Mazor update but Now You know that very well Redmi is independent Brand & it is a subbrand of Xiaomi So Which Redmi Devices will not get Miui 11 then Let's go.......
As you know that in last year some Xiaomi Phone rejected from Miui update and in this year also some phone will reject from miui update Because Redmi is now independent brand Of Xiaomi.
Last year Rejected Devices:Redmi 2/2 Prime,mi 4i,Redmi 2s,Redmi 1s etc.....
These are Rejected devices of Miui 9 because these hardware is too old But miui improving features Year by year & These phone is can't support Some features because it is too old phone and their Proccessor is too old so it rejected last year but Some phone will reject this year.

Note:Redmi Note 4 is Very popular Phone in India & Globle too So Maybe Redmi note 4 will Get miui 11 But this is last miui update for Redmi note 4.
These devices is too good & still all of Proccessor is also too good Because some smart brand still using Snapdragon 430 and in Redmi 3s/3s prime also used Snapdragon 430 so still it is best budget Proccessor but Redmi 3s is too old phone & Redmi note 3 too. these budget phone is Very good but Miui Developeres saying Xiaomi Launching 5-8 phone every year & Now Redmi is Independent Devices so We have extra load and Some devices too old so Some devices will reject because Devolpers wats to Focus in New Smartphone Like - Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi 7s,Redmi Y3,Redmi Note 7,Redmi 7... Redmi 7 will more update Because this is new series & Redmi 6 Series & Redmi 5 Series will Get few update Compare to Redmi 7 Series.
