Redmi is a budget range smartphone, it is almost three years old phone, Redmi 5 is running on Andoid Oreo 8.1 with power of snapdragon 450.

Rcently Xiaomi released latest OS of Xiaomi devices but still we can't see any news or update from MIUI team for Redmi 5 Update but
I am giving you a custom rom for Redmi 5 and this is latest build of miui version (MIUI 12).
This rom is ported to Redmi note 5 pro so it's not a official build rom.
How to install
@ Firstly you have to Unlock bootloader. (video)
@ after that install custom Recovery (twrp recomedded) Video
@ Now you can install Custom Rom.
@ you have to download 3 files, MIUI 12 port rom, Patch file & bluetooth fix.
How to install Rom
@ Firsly you have to go in recovery mode
@ after that go to the wipe option & do advace wipe and select dalvic cache data system.
Note: Don't wipe Internal & micro sd card.
@ Now go to the install optinon & select the rom & install
@ after that install patch file & afer installation patch file now install bluetooth fix.
