This rom is ported from other Xiaomi device but it's pretty good and everything working properly as like VoLte, No Lag, With Lot's of MIUI 12 Features then guys let's Know How to install it.
How to install ?
Firtly You have to Unlock Bootloader if you are already do that then skip it.

After that you have to install any Custom Recovery as like TWRP, Orange Fox & Redwolf Recovery etc....
if you are already install any Custom Recovery then you should skip this step.

Installations Guide ::-
Download MIUI 12 from Down Below & keep on Your SD Card or Internal Storage,
After that reboot to recovery (Power + Volume & Down)
Then Go the Wipe section & just do Advance Wipe,,
Dalvic/cache/system/data Do Swipe to Wipe.
Now You have to Go Back on Main Menu & click on install section,
Select the MIUI 12 Zip file & just swipe install & wait 5-10 minutes after that reboot system & enjoy MIUI 12 in Redmi 3s/Prime.
