You Have To Do !
You have to Unlock Bootloader firstly.

How to install ?
Download the Rom & NickGapps (Link is given in Down Below)
Firstly You have to boot into recovery mode (Power + Volume Up)
then do Wipe/Advance Wipe
Dalvic/cache/system/data
Now Go back on Main Menu of Recovery & go in install Option,
After that select the Lineage os Where you are located the file & do swipe to confirm flash.
After some minutes Lineage Os successfully installed in Your Phone,
Then Go back on that file where both file located,,
Now select Gapps/NickGapps & do swipe to flash confirm... it will take a minute...
And Now you will see Reboot system option just do reboot system & enjoy your Rom.
