Firstly you have to do instal Xiaomi Driver & Unlock Bootloader,

How To Install ?
Download the tool (link is given in down below)
after that extract the tool (extract file & all recommend)
then open CMD through file location (watch video tutorial)
Now Connect the Phone with Laptop/Pc.
After that Type on the CMD fastboot devices,
Now fastboot code appearing on your cmd pop-up windows,,
then type here fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
it's done.....
Now Press Power + Volume Up button (Recovery Key).
