Installation:
Reboot to recovery TWRP/Orangefox/Pitch Black
Just do wipe your phone dalvic/cache/system/data
You Can do format if you are installing Rom with OTG/Micro Sd Card,
Then Just go to the install Options & install the OnePlus Nord Port Rom.
after installation go back on Your Recovery menu & do format data,
Now Reboot it.
Enjoy Oxygen 11 OnePlus Nord Port.

Report bugs with ADB logcat else you’ll be ignored
If the phone heats on first boot, shut it down for like 10 mins and turn it on again
Flash magisk canary if ROM doesn’t boot
64MP modules may need a Camera fix. Apply as magisk module. Link included. (thanx @tito_mz for his fix)
