You Have to do before !!
Firstly you have to Unlock Bootloader & install Driver for fastboot devices connection,

How to install TWRP 3.6.0 ?
Firtly boot into fastboot mode & extract the Redmi Note 4 tool on your pc/laptop,
Then Open cmd through folder location.
Now Connect with your computer through Data Cable,
After that type on cmd fastboot devices & hit enter,,
then a u unique code will be apear on you cmd box it's mean your phone is connected with fastboot & ready to flash recovery.
Now type here fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
then hit enter & again you will on your cmd box ok & ok two time & Congratulations your recovery is flashed successfully on your Redmi Note 4.
