As of my knowledge cutoff date of September 2022, there was official release of Pixel Experience Plus based on Android 13. Android 13 is available for lots of smartphone, it was still in development. However, Pixel Experience Plus is a custom ROM based on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) that aims to provide a stock Android experience on a variety of devices. It's known for being stable, fast, and feature-rich, and it's updated frequently to incorporate the latest security patches and features from Google.
It's possible that Pixel Experience Plus will release a version based on Android 13 in the future, but this would depend on the availability of the Android 13 source code, as well as the willingness and ability of the developers to work on a new version of the ROM. How to install !!
