Turn off Your POCO M2 Pro
Enter into Recovery Mode (TWRP) [Power + Volume Up]
just Get Root file (given link down below)
Just you have to click on install Options
then Select storage & choose latest Magisk & swipe,
after installations just do system reboot,,
Now your phone will be boot in Normal Mode.
And Now install Magisk manager apk & open it.
after install Root Checker & check root through Root checker (Given link in down below)
